The weekly meeting allows you to continue your journey and delve into the 11 Steps of Magic.
While meditating, we address our so-called problems, in order to listen to the things we don’t usually listen to in them, i.e. to the similar in the different and the different in the similar. We take into consideration that we don’t have several problems, but only one single problem. This premise allows us to make new questions and find realistic solutions.
When you enter the weekly group, the only prerequisite is to continue for three months. The level of depth of what we work on is greater, and so commitment is needed. From then onwards you have your whole life in front of you.

The Meditation Marathon is not about effort or a special fitness condition. Anyone can do it, whether they’re old or young. The only thing you need is the desire to do it.
This marathon is, above all, a party where we can meet each other and celebrate life in ourselves.

It lasts around 3 to 5 hours. We have held these events within the context of festivals, cultural centers or popular festivals.
Benefits: Relax, attention, listening, comprehension, openness and responsiveness to emergent situations. These benefits aren’t limited to the length of the meditation, because it gives us tools we can apply in our everyday lives.
